There is a systemic disconnect between upper management and front-line workers (high turnover is one of the results); mandates and changes are handed-down without input from the ones who must implement these. New policies and employee work requirements issued regularly - leading to overwork and clients suffering lack of service. Training is HR in nature and not clinical.

Compliance Officer is a bully. She finds a new target every few weeks and works endlessly to get them fired or bullies them into quitting. She frequently uses psycho-babble to talk down to others. It's quite unfortunate that the CEO doesn't see it or doesn't care because numbers look good on paper. Most people are afraid to go to HR or the CEO in order not to get on her bad side. The worst part is that she is very intelligent but she's hateful.
