Pros

Integrity is great about promoting within. Many of the managers started as warehouse associates and worked their way up the ladder. Many of the teams in the field are amazing and care about the associates and their clients. The CEO, Todd Bavol, is a good guy and really seems to care about his employees.

Cons

The pay is not great especially for the amount of time they expect you to put in. Shift managers may not even make minimum wage during peak as a result of the hours they put in. Integrity does not give pay raises unless you are promoted. The corporate team does not seem to care much about their field staff. They ask the already understaffed field to do unnecessary tasks to simplify their job. The micro managing is BEYOND ridiculous. They have teams audit EVERYTHING; Even though the employee's work has proven time & time again to be of the highest quality and reliability. This ever increasing waste of time could be used on morale, employee retention or training, which there is very little of. There is very little support from the corporate team, some managers ask for support many times over and never get it. Additionally, the corporate team makes decisions for the team they are delegating to without being directly involved in the day-to-day; often times the customer sees these poorly informed choices as a reflection of the company's inability to manage itself. The problems generated by these choices are nearly always left for the team to clean-up in the end. It is difficult to get employees to speak their minds about the issues and skipping the chain of command is not an option for fear of the penalty. Many have been promoted without college degrees, they don't want to risk their jobs because they don't think they could find an equal opportunity with a different company. It is really sad because there are some really awesome employees out in the field.

Pros

Great teams to work with You always feel like you succeed and are providing a true service to others Environment is business yet light hearted as you become more and more team driven, sometimes you truly feel like family. The outcome of your day usually completes with productive ends Corporate truly cares for their team working in the "field"

Cons

Don't expect a quick turnaround for education and personal growth. You are at times waiting until your direct manager feels you have consistently hit an expectation before being allowed to grow. Work life and personal life balance is strained easily and can last for a good amount of time Middle Management loses site of the greater outcome for the team and contradicts its own goal Support is not given as well as perceived when it comes to personal growth from direct management

Pros

Great benefits. Work life balance is OK. The company invests in internal development and takes notice of achievement. Demonstrates that people are key to success, but sometimes talent is overlooked. Overall the owners care about the team and recognize talent.

Cons

Retail division has limited growth opportunity. Lack of division from Amazon style recruiting. Retail division has a very different approach to business development than the Amazon side. No bonus structure for recruiters in retail. Doesn't offer incentives to continue pushing client growth. Too much focus on new accounts rather than growing accounts. Sometimes fill time requirement do not allow placement of right person. Branch focus on new accounts often forces recruiters to spin wheels for less than desired positions. When clients choose not to become business partners, management will look at billable hours rather than if the client relationship is beneficial to company growth in the long term, with too much short term focus because a new job order is needed. Some internal branch favoritism shown that can hurt productivity, especially when a sense of urgency in the team leaves more to be desired.
