      Pros

      Smooth Screening process. This was not the employer, they handle the hiring process for their clients. I was hired for the end of year holidays to work at Amazon for the holidays.

      Cons

      The hiring process was for one employer only. Do not know how the perform when not in a mass hiring operation.

We strive to be honest and open about assignment expectations during the interview process--we know these jobs are challenging and we try our best to make sure our associates are well-prepared for the work ahead. In fact, we even play a video of actual associates telling our guests what it's really like to work on assignment during the interview process! All associates receive on-the-job training and we have Coaches available to help support our associates throughout their assignment.
