      Pros

      Good salary, excellent training, great employees and interesting work. Makes coming to work a pleasure and not a chore every day

      Cons

      None that I can think of, employees are great to work with and management is always there to lend support to you.

      Pros

      It is extremely easy to get hired and they promote from within if you show initiative and the ability to take on responsibility.

      Cons

      They do a very poor job at qualifying people to work at Amazon, it seems like they will hire anybody. They have a severe lack of communication. It seems like very few employees that get hired on as temp workers know anything about their job. They are always asking so many questions and getting caught up in confusion which negatively effects their job performance. The turnover at Integrity Staffing through the Amazon facilities is astounding. If it were any other business it wouldn't last long. I have heard from many employees that they are simply set up to fail and management does not care about us.
