      Pros

      Integrity Staffing Solutions is giving me opportunities in many ways. I started working with Integrity in 2008 as a seasonal employee. My first month was so challenging as it was Amazon's peak season. I have encountered different people across the states. Different people - different experiences - different views and opinion.This opportunity has broaden my knowledge and exposure. With Integrity's strong partnership to its clients, we continue to grow our business by constantly giving opportunities to people.

      Cons

      Downtime is a big challenge in this job. Nevertheless, Integrity continues to give opportunities to people! People will have to adapt and be at their best in every opportunity they get.

      In my previous jobs, I often experience monotony at work. But working for ISS is different. I LOVE working for ISS because there is always something new and challenging on my ‘to-do’ list.

      Working with ISS is dealing with constant change to make things better for everyone, where you get to meet "cool" and not so cool people which make each day far more exciting and fulfilling.

      Cons

      Meeting not so good people.
