I have the privilege of going home each and every day knowing I had an opportunity to extend a hand to help make a positive impact in someone else’s life.

      The biggest challenge is the proper delegation and management of my time, my resources and my Life-Balance. This is a fast paced environment with challenges waiting to be conquered and mountains to be climbed. It’s not impossible, but it requires some hard work and intense dedication to building the proper support team.
