      Pros

      Associates are the number 1 focus with this company. The clients expectations maybe high but Integrity Staffing will do everything in their power to help the associate succeed and get to that next opportunity. I have never worked for a company that is so passionate about helping their employees. It’s truly very rewarding to work for this company.

      Cons

      Work life balance could be better, but we are growing and busy which is really a good thing over all!

      Forward thinking, leading the new normal, great growth potential for employees. The company has been constantly moving forward for the last number of years and is poised to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

      Pros

      This is a great, forward thinking organization! They are always looking for ways to improve associate experience and they actually listen when feedback is given. There are plenty of different opportunities, it really just depends what you are looking for. I've met awesome people and enjoy going to work each day!!

      Cons

      As with any company that is growing, there are bumps in the road along the way. What is admirable is their tenacity to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
