Many companies say they believe in excellence, Integrity Staffing truly demonstrates their core values daily to associates and clients. They believe in partnership with the client to provide the best possible associate experience.

      What are some of the challenges working here? Integrity is a fast paced environment and they believe in quickly resolving associate and client concerns. You will work hard, but the opportunities for career advancement exceeds most organizations.

      Embedded and infused into the fundamental foundation and culture of Integrity Staffing Solutions is a dedicated belief in the welfare and positive experience of each and every associate. I have the privilege of going home each and every day knowing I had an opportunity to extend a hand to help make a positive impact in someone else’s life.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge is the proper delegation and management of my time, my resources and my Life-Balance. This is a fast paced environment with challenges waiting to be conquered and mountains to be climbed. It’s not impossible, but it requires some hard work and intense dedication to building the proper support team.

      Pros

      The interaction with so many people and helping them find employment. Company benefits are in line with most companies of this size as well as the pay. I really think there is great opportunity to advance with the company.

      Cons

      It gets difficult at times to continue the same level of attention concerning our associates when you are held to number of staff by head count.
