Excellent culture, support and coaching. They really care and help us succeed. They spend time making sure everyone understands their job and they help in every way they can.

Cons

It is hard work! The people that struggle seem to be those that don't want to work or have never learned to work hard. For those of us who find satisfaction in hard work, this is great.

Integrity is a great place to work if you are passionate about helping others succeed. Integrity is a client-centric and employee-centric company. We strive to be the best! I have been working for Integrity for 5 years and would not be happy anywhere else. We provide our associates with the best customer service and tools to succeed and manage their assignments. There is nothing more appealing or to heart when an associates tells you "Thank you for never giving up on me", and that they converted and you helped change their life for the better. I love what I do!!!

Cons

This is a changing environment and you have adapt and move forward. Continue to improve processes so that Quality expectations are more reasonable.
