      I work with wonderful people who are appreciative of my time and effort. Great benefits. I am very fulfilled working for Integrity Staffing. I am challenged enough, but in a relaxed, respected atmosphere.

      The extensive hours and demands during the peak season make it very, very difficult to balance work and family responsibilities.

      Pros

      This company strives for excellence. They are continuously looking to place applicant into a position that would best suit their qualifications, they truly want their associates to succeed not only in their employment but in life. Since my time with the company I have noticed they are not only about the bottom line but about help the community and the people in it, they do this by what I like to call "random acts of kindness." Integrity in my opinion is NOT only trying to see the change in the world, but to BE the change in the world. I have a great appreciation for a company willing to go above and beyond to help all people!

      Cons

      Often late peak hours and need to be flexible with your schedule. I would consider it a con that it took 1 year to become a full time employee.
