The Senior Management team at corporate is horrible. They use fear and bullying tactics and if you stand up to them, you're dealt with accordingly. Training is total joke and then when they ask you to describe or tell them how it can better, you're labeled as bad attitude or a complainer. Be prepared to work 80 hour per week when busy and still about 60 when not. No time for anything, you have to sell your soul to these people then they will treat you like crap. Never been involved with management that treats people that work so hard for them so poorly. It is catching up to them though, losing lots of good people in the field and lawsuits are starting to roll in. Discrimination suit filed against them by a woman that came through my office and they better hope she doesn't call me because I will be her star witness. Sucks, I thought I really found a good place to work and it turned out to be a total waste of time. Be very cautious of these people and this company, they are not playing on level field. Oh yeah, you will be constantly monitored by the surveillance cameras in the office. Not big deal when you're getting slammed but very big deal when slow, they are watching every move and you have to detail your day minute by minute. Insane - I could go on and on, believe me - not worth it. I would continue to look at other possibilities unless you are truly desperate. They will lose Amazon's business within two years, train wreck waiting to happen.
