Worst company ever for fresher

Nothing good to share except some festival celebration

Cons

Worst work . There is nothing to learn for fresher. As there is 2 years of bond for fresher you cannot leave it without paying bond amount though you found its impacting on your future. Very poor management. Almost all projects are working with old technologies. There is no good package for fresher. At the end of two years will get nothing which will become useful for future . Never recommend this company to anyone to work with. Senior management is too poor.

Cons

Work-life balance is hard to find. Salary is also not satisfactory for the amount of time and hardships you put in.

Very poor time Management Really Poor or No internal Documentation Works mostly with obsolete technologies Management really slow to identify and promote top performers Management would always prefer hiring external, than promoting internal top performance. Only criteria for vertical growth is years of work experience Really poor monetary compensation
