Pros

Really great people, very supportive of each others, very supportive of work/life balance. The product is awesome and the often implemented new features allow even better customization. In a fairly small amount of time very robust systems can be built.

Cons

Sometimes you need to wear too many hats and juggle with many tasks

Pros

Really nice people who work well together to achieve great things together. The product is truly awesome and allows non-programmers to build business apps to automate and streamline their unique processes. New features allow for even greater customization with a very modern look-and-feel. Management is flexible and supports work/life balance.

Cons

As with any start-up, you’re required to do a lot of things at once. This challenge is an opportunity for people who like to take of a lot of projects and get things done.

Excellent software concept Knowledgeable, approachable team of founders Numerous areas for growth and innovation of office processes Open to input on growing and improving the business/office culture

Cons

Time management needs improvement. Team is smaller than customer service's growing demands. Team can improve in the area of setting clear, consistent expectations with each other and customers Everyone knows their role and area of responsibility although the office structure is not obvious. Needs an operations assistant/office coordinator to communicate and promote office culture Training materials for customers are outdated
