Pros

People genuinely care for each other and for the company. Everyone takes ownership and pride in their work. They go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. Flexible environment and hours. Pay and benefits are good. Company events are fun and unique. Great views from the 11th floor and lots of nearby restaurants and Starbucks!

Cons

So many things to do but not enough time. Sometimes we do too much for certain customers that don't appreciate us.

The people who work here are smart and hard-working. I really appreciate that. The work environment is pretty flexible Nice location in the Howard Hughes Center and a nice, modern, open office space Our software product is very important and mission critical to some big clients. I feel like my work here makes a big difference. My opinion is taken seriously here, even when there are disagreements This company definitely feels like a family in many ways

Workload can sometimes be stressful due to the nature of our business

When I worked there it was an incredible culture. They really focused on the best customer experience to make sure they were treated like royalty. The CEO and the management team kept the environment very light and positive.
