The opportunity to work remotely, very capable staff (both management and peers), competitive pay, open communication, and flexible hours make working here an outstanding experience. The company has a fantastic multi-national feel, with users spread across the US and several continents. Even though we work remote, the consistent communication from management and peers makes me feel more connected to the rest of the team.

Cons

The vacation/PTO hours are a little low.

- Great product and Job training - Salary and commissions are excellent - Leadership is very easy to work with and always consider input from team members - CEO holds office hours to speak with employees about anything they want, which is rare in other companies I have seen - Everybody in the company is super friendly and easy to talk to - Clear plans to grow the company - All around great place to work

Cons

- Time off is less than other tech companies but still generous
