Focused on excellence and driving growth, but very employee-centered

Pros

Great benefits, flexible employer, management is accessible, the company does profit-sharing and is very employee-centered.

Cons

The only con about IntelliGenesis is not the company's fault- when IG is the subcontractor on a project they must take their directives from the prime contract company. This may result in less flexibility sometimes but that is up to the prime's directives.

Thank you for your feedback. It's important to us to offer challenging work across multiple programs. Sometimes we are the Prime and sometimes we are the teammate (subcontractor). We promise to continue growing to offer more Prime opportunities to enable even more flexibility in the future.

Pros

This is the best company I have ever worked for out of the 14 years I have worked in this Industry. The Leadership truly cares about their employees, they have an unmatched loyalty to the mission and offer top notch competitive benefits. I plan to finish my career here. This is a home and a company to build a career.

Pros

In my short time with IntelliGenesis, I've been welcomed into the "family." I have been trained well, supported and am excited for the career opportunities here. On top of one of the best benefits packages out there, they way leadership treats employees is very refreshing. You can tell that the company cares based on all they do for their employees and their families as well.

Cons

There are none so far.
