Pros

Works with you and genuinely wants your opinion and wants you as an employee to succeed. Plenty of training events to further your skills or learn new ones. Makes you feel like part of the team upon starting. Benefits are amazing.

Pros

I just joined the company, but I already feel like part of the family. Everyone is so warm and kind. I really feel a part of something greater than myself. I have been in a lot of companies over my career big, small and everything in between. This is an amazing company with the best benefits. I'm fortunate that this company found me.

Cons

So far there is not much to say. If I had to pick something I guess it would be because it is a smaller company there may not always be opportunities to move to another position right away.
