      Pros

      Pay is equal to employee experience and value and then some. 401K Match is incredible. In this area there are a lot of military members, so you may not need health care through the company and you are given a bonus if that's the case. You are made to feel like apart of this company, not just the job you're in. It's easy to get 'lost' in the Fort Meade area but Angie and the team do not allow that to happen. Your worth is known and respected.

      Cons

      Contracting in general has it's "Unknowns" sometimes. That's a downer all around; however, this company keeps it's employees updated as much as possible so you seldom feel "lost in the sauce."

      Pros

      Great work environment and amazing benefits. When leaving the military I was worried about not having a team work environment. Since interning and now working here, I feel like I've found the team atmosphere that I've been looking for.

      Cons

      I'm sad to see the foody events end this year.

      Pros

      Intelligenesis offers a wide variety of opportunities both personally and professionally. There's never a shortage of potential workshop or internal training, and the program managers are always readily available with advice and feedback when needed. The benefits package is incredible and offers some perks and bonuses some of friends and contractors in other companies don't have with larger companies. I always feel encouraged to grow professionally, and I'm provided with the means to do so through company benefits or with potential for reimbursement.

      Cons

      I can't think of any downsides to working with the company at this time.
