Pros
I have been working with this company for several years now, and throughout this period, there have been moments when my role became obsolete. However, the company has always been very supportive, either by retraining me or helping me find a position that was more suited to my skill set. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I noticed that Intelligenesis went above and beyond to keep us informed and to alleviate any stress that came with working during such a challenging time. This was not the first time that the company showed its exceptional care for its employees, but it definitely reinforced my belief that I was working for an outstanding organization. Lastly, I had the opportunity to relocate for work with this company, which came with its own set of challenges. However, the company was always there for me, addressing any issues I had and ensuring that I was well taken care of not only during the move but also after I arrived at my new home.
Cons
Sometimes, when working in certain roles within a company, it can feel isolating. However, this has significantly changed for the better in recent years.
