      Salary was good. Lovely staff.

      Cons

      As the for profit education sector continues to dwindle in both interest and reputation, and schools keep closing, this is the only type of environment that will remain: toxic.

      Solid team of personal trainer instructors.

      Pros

      The variety of backgrounds and experience in the industry makes for a great learning opportunity. Tim Agan leading the program is a great mentor leader to work for. In addition his background and experience is something no college can instruct. Hours are either day 0850-1250 or night 5:50-9:50. The environment is supportive and energetic. People are encouraged to do self lead education outside of the school house.

      Cons

      Sometimes you may need to be creative with the resources provided. Unfortunately some of the “newer” equipment and materials may be one step behind current trends. Don’t get me wrong I am not saying they are irrelevant by any stretch. This was just one area could use a little improvement for more value added instruction.
