      "Whats Good for Students is Good for Employers" Gives False expectations, allows students to dictate school policy!

      Good people do work there

      Cons

      It's a private compnay...All about the recruitment $$$$$$$$$$$ coming in from Student tuition...Not about preparing students for REAL WORLD WORK! Unwritten Policy...Employees can be fired simply as a result of unfounded student complaint! Spilt shift for instructors...8 am -1 pm come back in the evening 6 pm - 11 pm!

      The bar is incredibly low.

      Expect a horrible teaching schedule, low pay, and students who couldn't care less because the GI Bill is paying them to attend.

      Toxic Leadership No merit based pay raises low Pau (disportionated to workload, education, experience, or effort) Micromanging environment No infrastructure training or support for students/instructors for new policies No qualified curriculum development team (2 people with no degree in curriculum and no collaboration efforts) Stakeholders or upper level management out of touch with needs of students and instructors No promotional incentives no support for continuing education for employees Instructor turn around is awful Continues to change policy or platforms with no communication
