      Pros

      IntelliTec offers continuous opportunities for training, personal and professional growth activities, and advancement. A high percentage of employees have been promoted from entry level positions - some have even been promoted up to Deans, Directors and corporate positions.

      . There will always be unhappy people that are unhappy with just about anything. No company or organization can make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time

      Toxic Environment with Questionable Behaviors

      Office experience 1 hour lunches

      Cons

      Admissions staff is under high pressure to sell to students and will do anything to avoid the blame, including lying and putting blame on other departments. I was repeatedly put in uncomfortable positions and was encouraged to put students in situations that were not in their best interests. My integrity was repeatedly challenged here.
