Pros

The company values its people. It’s moving in a new direction now, so that may change, but it really does want to support and guide employees to better themselves with programs for mentoring and training.

Cons

Promotions are limited. It was their policy to promote internally for a little while but now they’re hiring outside the company again.

IntelliTrans recently added a new President/CEO after the former President/CEO retired. We are going through a business transformation to really explorer 'where to play' and 'how to win' to better set our business strategies. It's an exciting time to be part of IntelliTrans and help the company build a stronger foundation for the future. We are part of Roper Technologies which is also advantageous to career positioning and being part of a niche technology company.

Cons

Like other companies post-Covid, we are 'in between' remote vs. hybrid and re-defining what our future looks takes some maneuvering but together we will get through it.
