Pros
Good team, decent environment and location, good opportunities for growth and the company is trying to integrate a culture that allows people to work their way up from the bottom. Company makes an effort to make their employees feel appreciated.
Cons
Bad work/life balance, too much overtime, it's hard to go from temp to permanent (which is the way most start here). Level of satisfaction depends on the department and account you're assigned to.
