Pros

The culture and in house atmosphere was one of the most pleasant I've ever been in, it made you WANT to come in to work. The CEO is one of the hardest working people you'll ever meet, but you'd never know if you didn't ask. Absolute pleasure to have worked with him. Work from home opportunities made work/life balance exceptional, coupled with a very competitive salary for my field. When I first started the training was very fluid, they had me comfortable and up and running within a couple of weeks.

Cons

Sometimes traffic can be rough, making the commute a challenge. But that's more of an Austin thing than an Intellibright thing.

Good people, but leadership is below average

Pros

- Office has a cool view; has startup company vibes - Most of the coworkers are good-people. - They accommodate to your preference in terms of technology/gadgets that you want to work with (eg: Macbook users can use a Macbook for work, they'll give you ergonomic keyboard if you asked for one, etc.) - Hybrid work schedule, which I enjoyed the most. - Fun and intimate company holiday parties/events.

Cons

- Very high staff turnover. There were only two people that made it to their first year mark when I was working there. And at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022, five people - most of them worked less than one year - were either dropped by or have left the company (that's around 50% of their staff). - Lack of diversity. The three minority professionals that I was working with have all left, and I believe there's none as of right now. - Leadership didn't have the patience to teach/guide new hires. And when they did, they would go over things as quickly and as vaguely as possible. On-the-job training is healthy, but they expect new hires to know everything about their clients from A-Z in a very short period of time, and with not much guidance. So if you're a professional who's starting out in the consulting industry, this is definitely not the place for you. - They focus too much on the number of hours worked. They have no interest in understanding that some project deliverables take time due to client updates, discovery of new information, etc. They have used this against me when I was struggling and needed guidance from them. - They are not leaders like they claim they are, they are just regular bosses :)

Intellibright Response

Fact: In the last 8 months only 1 person has left Intellibright - they did so voluntarily for another opportunity. We congratulated them on their new role and gave them a go-away celebration on the way out. In the last 2 weeks we've had 3 negative reviews, at least 2 of those reviews appear to be from the same "Executive" that liked the "Cool View". This Executive states they were there more than 2 years but left after a short period of time. After we recovered from the Executive walking out just a week after her direct report had left the company got together and talked about how to make it a great place to work. Since that time, we've incorporated monthly surveys, expanded PTO times, added 2 weeks of remote work to our hybrid schedules to allow flexibility for extended travel, increased salaries more than 20% across the board, and took the team on an all-expenses trip to Croatia for 10 days. We still have some places to improve but we're working closely with the team to identify those and come up with solutions that work for both the team and the company. Our survey results have never been higher.

Pros

Intellibright is all about results for it's clients since it gets paid on a per sale basis. Conversations are centered around how to increase revenue for clients and what efforts will provide the best ROI for our clients. There are a lot of brilliant people that work in concert together to provide results for our clients beyond what they could have ever imagined.

Cons

Fast pace and escalating client performance goals.
