The hybrid work model (2 days from office) provides good flexibility. Work-life balance is well maintained, and the team consists of supportive and friendly people. The organization also offers strong employee support, and there is a transparent discussion process around increments, which builds trust and clarity.
Cons
The company can further enhance employee experience by introducing additional perks such as gym facilities or similar lifestyle benefits. Also, at times, project timelines can feel a bit tight, but overall manageable.
