Pros
I started at Intelsat 18 months ago and have really enjoyed it so much compared to my prior company. My team is hard working and bought in to the mission and vision. They are so collaborative, and very helpful and friendly. The vibe is work hard / play hard. We enjoy the free wine and beer and free snacks, my team goes together to get the free snacks daily. There's a lot of the Employee events for different diversity groups and they are fun with free food often too.
Cons
You have to pay for parking or park across the street for free at the mall which is not so bad.
