Pros
They care about their employees, from work life balance to all hands meetings. Pay is competitive and management seems to care (at least in IT). They are trying VERY hard to move to new technologies and better processes, but it takes time.
Cons
Some of the politics can be absurd. It can take a long time to get things done.
