Pros

As a new employee I can only speak to the onboarding process, which I think is very straight forward, easy to follow and there is a useful guide to help you through the process. The pay is excellent and the people are friendly.

Cons

The only con I can think of is it's located in a hi-rise building in downtown Tyson's Corner with paid parking.

Benefits are great, above average by today's standards

Cons

My particular department, IT, is dysfunctional. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Resources are staffed poorly, technology and equipment are old. No upward mobility throughout this department. Morale is low. However, I see that other departments are not like this and they seem to be happy in their jobs.
