Pros

Great Learning opportunity albeit it is you who have to do all the learning. Great opportunity to interact with various teams in the organization to meet client's expectations. Great opportunity to understand processes and set and optmize various processes. Great camaraderie with team and employees. Great people to know.

Cons

Surprisingly horrible at Human Resource management and employee interest retention. Almost cynical in the approach towards junior employees. No real direction and plan for company to work towards. Deep level of employee dissatisfaction due to a majority of issues.
