Pros

After the second year, employees receive a 9% savings contribution, which is a great long-term benefit. Generous vacation policy: 24 days off per year, which supports work-life balance. International and diverse work environment, with opportunities to collaborate across regions.

Cons

There is no health leave policy (sick leave is not officially recognized or paid). Flexibility highly depends on your supervisor — some are supportive, others much less so. The health insurance stipend is very low compared to actual healthcare costs. Limited opportunities for internal mobility or promotion, especially for consultants and temporary staff.

Pros

Friendly people. Interesting work on Latin American issues

Cons

Local consultants are Very bad paid. People in DC might be better. Work load can be more than what they say
