Good pay (although not many benefits for consultants) Interesting work and intelligent and capable co-workers. International Environment

Bureaucracy and politics dominates the environment. Panels for employee selection are supposed to guarantee a fair process, but the end decision depends on only one person and requires little justification. Consultants are exploited and have no guarantee of being hired (although it is worth noting that this was not the case with me). Decisions are often subjective and place little care on merit. Opportunities of growth depend solely on the goodwill of your supervisor and on politics.
