Pros

As an international employee you don't pay income tax (only if you are not an US citzen); Great for Spanish speaker professionals since the work is carried out in Spanish; I consider it a stable job, at least in Finance and Accounting they are always looking for employees to stay there long term; 2 days of vacation each month.

Cons

They do not pay over time when we work late or on the weekends/holidays (which happens very often - not so much work on the weekend, but lots of work late during the week) without getting paid; Althou HR and the company encourages that you have a good work+personal life balance, it does not always happen; it is a chalenge to work there if you don't speak Spanish;

Great staff benefits, toxic work environment

Pros

The organization gives opportunity to work in a variety of countries and on high-impact projects from design through completion. Staff persons have at least a relative job stability and great benefits. Consultants are disposable and have little opportunity to advance or secure a permanent position.

Cons

Extremely unhealthy work environment, lack of meritocracy, HR is 20 years behind, extremely political and bureaucratic, no recourse if you face discrimination or other workplace issue
