Pros

Great work-life balance. Salary is very competitive at early stages of your career. Senior Management is well prepared, especially EVP and VPs. President is excellent at promoting the institution and strengthening political ties. Incredible benefits as staff employee. Rewarding institutional goals.

Cons

No incentives, no serious HR career development and compensation plan. Very complicated professional growth. Very political in some decisions. A lot of dead weight that has recurrently to be trash out through under covered reorganizations. Very little negotiation power as a contractual employee.

- International exposure (Latin America) and very diverse nationalities to work with - Good work life balance - In general nice working environment - You will improve your languages skills (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French) - Competitive salaries (but no opportunity to grow or have benefits if you are a consultant)

Cons

- If you are a consultant: very hard to land on a staff position, so there is no benefit. - Very hard hard to move to another position without networking - It is more about who you know than who you are - Instability due to the short duration of contracts
