Pros

Good opportunities for international consultants. Gives G4 visa. Interesting projects. The Bank is huge so the dynamics of the teams are different across sectors.

Cons

It takes work to get promoted. The hiring system only allows people to work for three years as consultants. Afterwards, you must leave or apply as a Staff (which is hard to get).
