Pros

Flexible, teleworking is an option, good environment

Cons

Too big, discoordination in some process, due to the terms and conditions of the contracts there is too much personnel turnover, so a lot of knowledge is lost.

Pros

The IADB has a reall well known name, It’s a multicultural place, and everyone has 24 pay days off.

Cons

The consultant contract is disgusting: just 3 years max, no pay taxes for you, and no social benefits (401k, healthcare, etc).
