Pros

Flexible, competitive pay. If you get posted anywhere but ONE specific location in DC, it's a completely different company. It's a laid-back professional environment. Again, if you don't not get posted at ONE specific location. Ask around.

Cons

Getting posted at that ONE location. If you do which is highly likely. It WILL be chaos, unorganized, wishy washy and cutthroat. Want to schedule time off? Roll the dice. Want to get paid for double-time from a 16-hour day? Prepare to dispute a pay discrepancy. Want your quarterly bonus? Better be a robot because they will LOOK for any reason to deny it. At that location anything could happen. I worked at restaurants that respected my time more. The cherry on top. Advertised as a FULLTIME job. IT IS NOT. I repeat. IT IS NOT. You get paid a quarter of the advertised pay for a month of training while racking up a hotel bill that they take from you. THEN you have to HUSTLE for hours or you will get 36 to 30 hrs if YOUR LUCKY. Ive only touched the tip of the iceberg..... If you go this route my advise is to already have backup income. If your hurting for money turn around. If you still go this route then ask everyone for hours because if not you might not be scheduled at all sometimes. Another parttime isn't the solution because you might get held for 12 hours one day and be expected to come in for four hours the other and be sent home with a order to come in that Saturday or be disciplined without any notice. Funny thing is the political type Walk THROUGH all the time while we are being mistreated while they go on tv and scream equality!!!!
