Room to Move Up

Pros

At the particular client contract where I work there are excellent pay and benefits. The client has a matching program for our 401K. There's a culturally diverse mix of team members, and plenty of room to move up in the company.

Cons

Limited lateral moves on various shifts. On-call for extra shifts is expected of full-time and part-time employees due to man power shortage.

Pros

If you think your contract security job is bad get a load of this company. If you want to get screwed on pay, micromanaged every shift, expected to work 24/7 and ridiculed for not picking up, get treated like dirt, have little to no job growth, have unfair management, no communication, and no happiness; then this company is perfect for you.

Cons

Working here when Taco Bell pays more.
