Pros

I genuinely enjoyed my time at Inter-Con and often miss it. The corporate team is caring, supportive, and kind. Like any workplace, there are tough days, but any time I spoke up, someone was always willing to help. I worked closely with the C-Suite, so I can’t speak for every department, but my experience with them was nothing but positive.

Cons

Workload can be heavy at times, and priorities may shift quickly, which can be challenging if you’re not used to a fast-paced environment. However, most issues were manageable with transparency and asking for clarification when needed.

Pros

Over $21 an hour Benefits but not any cheaper than anyone else.

Cons

Micro management embedded in company policy. Constant harassment. Not transparent with all companies policy in trapping workers into schedules they can't work then punishing them for not showing up to shifts they didn't know they had. Customer is always right leading into uncomfortable sexual harassment hostile work environment situations where the employee is at fault for the client's behavior. Illegal tactics for people who are injured and have disabled families. Active conservative discharge for anyone who is lower than three stars. A "star" system is the only rewards for "good behavior" so basically you just get constantly harassed with only a digital mark on your account for being good. Company policy protects harassment from their supervisors and managers.
