Due to Federal Labor standards for the contract high pay.

Cons

Supervision rules through threats and intimidation. NO accountability of deductions on your pay check money is taken away for a now mandated 401K but the money is not tracked. Leave balances are not tracked either.

more hours,more contracts,hire less flakey guards,seriously where the hell do you find these people.more opportunities to advance in the company.
