Paid very well for unarmed security (due to the specific contract I worked at, I believe other contracts paid industry standard)

Cons

Terrible managers - disorganzied, ignorant of the policies they signed off on, spent a large portion of their time in office politics Poor Corporate Support - Errors on pay checks are routine and corrections are very slow, vacation time is not listed on pay stubs and corporate HR has difficulty telling employees their totals Virtually no screening of new employees - the first applicants who pass the background test are hired regardless of their qualifications

It is a pay check and I guess that counts for something but you do have to put up with a lot of mistreatment and crap. Lots of hoops to jump through!

Cons

Everything. Hostile work enviorment, poor benefits, no respect for the hard workers, nit picks the little things and ignores the big issues. This company is all about the money and could care less about the employees.
