Pros

In the time I worked there, I found Inter-Con to be a really good place to grow. There were opportunities to learn about the different areas of the company. It helped make me a more well rounded employee.

Cons

Sometimes the hours were a little long, but I was grateful to earn the overtime. The coffee wasn't the greatest, but I just brought my own.

Pros

Free parking for Rose Parade. Free coffee. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Very secure place to work - they even have security cameras inside the office.

Cons

Executive management won't delegate basic authority to senior management (such as hiring and firing) yet will hold senior management fully accountable for the many problems caused by a lack of investment in people, systems and Exec. Management’s own philosophy. Executive management routinely criticizes senior management in front of thier peers. Annual turnover in all senior management personnel is often by quick involuntary termination. Lack of competitive benefits - no 401(K), expensive medical, no vacation accrual or allowed unless approved by highest authority.
