Quality outfits, but serious safety and staffing issues

The outfits are better quality then the ones provide proir

Cons

Unmanageable, in attempts to “have zero OT” yall have made every site capable of a breech or harm, lack of quantifiable or qualified Flex officers for sites. Rumors yall tryin to save a buck with some bootleg ERSI program to not pay people there worth for training THAT! IS! NEEDED!!

Pros

There is no pros at all, the whole company is bad on every level

Cons

Ignores union contracts and does whatever they want, even though they signed it Can remove you from your schedule Crazy expensive insurance Impossible to get in contact with the company Just allows people to be late but will hit the person being stuck over with disciplinaries because they didn't clock out so you get to work for free everyday Unorganized as all hell Everyone is rude See through uniform shirts No one who worked for Allied likes or respects this company but we all understood we had very little option but to continue with Intercon

Role offered, accepted, and rescinded after training Lack of transparency (only informed after asking) Conflicting documentation (full-time vs reassigned) Removal from schedule while still union employee Financial impact: risk of losing childcare subsidy Forged initials on OJT document (photo evidence retained) Possible favoritism/personal relationship influencing decision Excessive off-hours contact despite availability provided No card access with multiple attempts of reminders
