The job had exceptional health / 401k benefits

Cons

. No room for advancement . No pay raises . Lack of respect for employees, no employee engagement . Lack of vaction time or paid time off . Using sick leave could result in being fired - lack of paid sick leave . Management not focused on employee morale - self motivated to advance their own careers . Not a career... Only a job. Run if you have a degree. You deserve better!

There is no pros at all, the whole company is bad on every level

Cons

Ignores union contracts and does whatever they want, even though they signed it Can remove you from your schedule Crazy expensive insurance Impossible to get in contact with the company Just allows people to be late but will hit the person being stuck over with disciplinaries because they didn't clock out so you get to work for free everyday Unorganized as all hell Everyone is rude See through uniform shirts No one who worked for Allied likes or respects this company but we all understood we had very little option but to continue with Intercon

Pay good but not professional at all

Worse company I ever worked for, I was hired for full time end up telling me my position was full then put me on another site 30 minutes away from me then took me out the schedule out of no where and told me they hired someone for that site and now they have me without work I had to look for another job, this company is terrible
