They want you to lie to applicants. $1000 hiring bonus that is never given out. Hiring Bonus are promised then management says there was never a bonus. This comes from the Vice President. If you fight back with the truth you are threatened with getting fired.Toxic culture of fear and if you try to go to your direct managers or legal you will lose your job. I have seen it happen. Vice President has personal Relationships with people she promotes. So personal, thousands of dollars exchange hands to cover her personal mortgage and credit problems. Everyone knows but are so scared to get fired no one speaks up. VP has her direct reports spy on other employees. This sounds like so crazy it can’t be true but it is. All of it. In fact. I hope you do take a job here so you can see for yourself. Just a matter of time before someone sues for discrimination or things of that nature Or retaliation maybe it should be you! With Inter-Con security as well I have personally witnessed great talent get fired over and over again because the VP didn’t like them and she is so racists. If you are a security guard do not waste your time. You won’t get paid for training. You won’t get paid for any time you are required to stay on your post until relieved. You for sure won’t get your hiring bonus when the recruiters promise you will. All liars. This can all be backed up by current and ex employees.
