Pros

The team i work with is great. Super supportive environment and a lot of fun. The job itself is enjoyable most of the time. Good part-time job.

Cons

No benefits unless you work in the office. No growth opportunities, if you want to be a photographer you are stuck. Pay is not enough to live on and there are minimal hours in the spring and no hours in the summer.

Pros

The best part of the job is working with kids.

Cons

Low pay and poor management. Management takes advantage of the young hires most specifically, and their eagerness to please their boss. Work is loaded onto the lower paid employees from above.
