-had a reliable team -if you show your hard work it's pretty easy to get a raise -learn a lot about the industry -training was provided

Cons

-pay was a bit confusing, its paid hourly but its never the same hours every day -management was not as reliable when it came to school info -low mileage pay, didn't fluctuate with gas prices -its only seasonal, no work during the summer -ongoing training is required w/o pay
