Not many pros. The owner is a nice man but that is about it.

Cons

Management is terrible. Home office is run by a bunch of people who don't know much about running a hotel. The above level property teams are worthless. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking to further their career or learn more about how to properly run or work for a hotel.
