Pros

On property co-workers care and work very hard to provide excellent service.

Cons

Mid-Management would step on their own mother to get a leg up on each other. Dishonest, comes to property sees the challenges, agrees to provide resources once they leave there is no follow through. Very closed door policy, encouraged to be dishonest to owners to make IMM look better, always looking for a "fall guy". No loyalty to even long term employees. Egotistical, dishonest, willing to do almost anything to keep their jobs.

Pros

I got a paycheck every other Friday. The 1 Star rating I gave them was way to high, should be more like a negative 10 Stars.

Cons

Corporate support is a joke. They have little or no interest in the people who work for them. I worked for them for almost four years and was never given a performance review. If you disagree with any of the direction they give, you will soon be gone. They play the favorites game and don't care about how you are actually performing. You could be the best performing hotel in the entire portfolio but if they just don't like you, you get fired. Communication is a word not yet in the dictionary at the corporate office. They pass down old and antiquated ideas and expect you to execute. Then when those outdated ideas fail, they blame the hotel managment team.

Pros

The property level people are great and want to do a good job, but have no corporate support.

Cons

What isn't a con? Worst owner and has his entire family working there with no experience. They do not listen to the people that have actually worked in the industry for years. Mixed message throughout and the worst communication. If they like someone, they are the king or queen, but do one thing that doesn't agree with them, you are gone. No reviews, no feedback, except negative. No consistency with anything. One day it is one way, the next day it is another. Cannot work effectively in these conditions. Horrible!
