Pros

Highly motivated employees determined to improve the lives of people with kidney disease and demonstrating real results. The CEO and leadership team are extremely transparent and open to answering any question through multiple forums. Salary and benefits are very competitive.

Cons

Normal challenges after a three-way merger which have been handled very well given the complexity.

Interwell Health is a mission-driven company with an inclusive culture. They truly live their values of caring deeply, working together, bringing joy to their work, and being curious and committed to learning. I feel like I belong here, that my voice is heard, and that my opinions are valued. The workforce is fully remote. Compensation and benefits are competitive. Leadership is approachable and seems to genuinely care about employees.
